I signed in but the site doesn't recognize me

Download, sign up, and find your way around the four tabs.

First: hard-refresh the page (Ctrl+Shift+R on Windows, Cmd+Shift+R on Mac). Most "site still says signed out" cases are a cached page from before you signed in. If that doesn't fix it, sign out from the chip (top-right avatar), close the tab, and sign in again from accounts.gluearrow.com. If the OTP itself keeps rejecting, the most common cause is typing an old code after hitting Resend — only the latest code is live. If none of that works, email support@gluearrow.com with the site URL and the time you tried.
