Open the Post Composer
The Post Composer — 7 templates, drafts, cross-posting.
Go to the Plan tab. Tap the 'Post · NEWS CARD' tile next to 'Log a plan'. A bottom sheet opens with 7 templates. Pick one and tap 'Use →' (or long-press a tile) to open the editor.
