We use your information to provide GlueArrow services: processing transactions, verifying broadcasts, calculating ValueCard scores, delivering ads, and improving our platform. We never sell your personal data to third parties.
3. Data Storage & Security
Your data is stored on Google Cloud Platform infrastructure with encryption at rest and in transit. Financial data is stored in Cloud Spanner with immutable audit trails. We implement industry-standard security practices.
4. Your Rights
You can access, correct, or delete your personal data at any time through the app settings. You can request a full export of your data or request account deletion by contacting support.
5. Cookies & Tracking
We use essential cookies for authentication (ga_session JWT). We use analytics to improve the platform. You can control cookie preferences in your browser settings.
6. Third-Party Services
We integrate with mobile money providers (MTN, Vodafone, AirtelTigo), WhatsApp for OTP delivery, and Mux for video processing. Each has their own privacy policy.
