1. Acceptance
By using GlueArrow services, you agree to these terms. GlueArrow is operated by MITWORK Inc. (Delaware) through GlueArrow Inc. and GlueArrow Ghana Limited.
2. Account & Authentication
You must provide a valid phone number to create an account. You are responsible for all activity under your account. Do not share your OTP codes or QR login sessions.
3. GlueArrow Wallet
The GlueArrow Wallet is a digital payment instrument. Funds are held in escrow and released per ValueCard tier rules. Platform fees apply per the published fee schedule (8-18% depending on channel mix).
4. ValueCard
Your ValueCard score is calculated from delivery performance, financial discipline, and career metrics. Scores determine fund release timing (Instant, Daily, Weekly, Milestone, or Hold). Quarterly reviews may adjust your tier.
5. Ad Exchange
Advertisers book slots through the marketplace. Pricing follows the published formula: Base Rate × Duration × Daypart × Surge multipliers. Minimum platform fee is GH₵50.
6. Content & Intellectual Property
You retain ownership of content you upload. By uploading, you grant GlueArrow a license to process, deliver, and verify your content across partner stations. GlueArrow's platform, algorithms, and branding are proprietary.
7. Prohibited Use
You may not use GlueArrow for fraudulent advertising, copyright infringement, manipulation of ValueCard scores, or any activity that violates Ghanaian law.
8. Limitation of Liability
GlueArrow provides services 'as is'. We are not liable for broadcast failures, delayed settlements, or third-party service outages beyond our control.
