What a retailer does on GlueArrow

Authorised retailers receive SIRECORD units, SIRECORD Headphones, and SmartVaults from the warehouse, scan them into inventory when shipments arrive, and scan them out at the till when a customer buys. Every scan updates the device's lifecycle record so the buyer's onboarding can start the moment the sale is recorded.
