Rotate or revoke your scan token

Scan-token onboarding for shops selling SIRECORD units.

If staff turn over, a phone is lost, or you suspect a token leak, ask GlueArrow Operations to rotate or revoke it. Rotation issues a fresh rt_ token and the old one stops working immediately. Revocation kills the token outright. Either way, scans in flight that started with the old token complete; new scans require the new token. Email help@gluearrow.com with your registered shop name to request a rotation or revocation.
