Why a device might be rejected at sale
Scan-token onboarding for shops selling SIRECORD units.
Two cases. First — the device is already marked sold. Re-scanning to sell again returns invalid transition; check whether the customer is buying a different unit. Second — the device is owned by another retailer's shop. GlueArrow blocks cross-shop scans to prevent stolen-channel sales. If the device legitimately moved between your shops, contact Operations to transfer ownership.
