Cancelling a ride
Booking a ride — fares, verified drivers, cancellation, ratings.
Before the driver accepts, cancel anytime — no charge. Once accepted but before pickup, you can still cancel but the platform may hold a small cancellation fee depending on union policy. Once the driver has started the trip, cancel only via the in-app dispute flow — the fare in escrow is released back to you minus any distance already driven.
