How fares are calculated
Booking a ride — fares, verified drivers, cancellation, ratings.
Each union sets its own rate card — base fare + per-km. When you request a ride, the cloud calculates the distance from your pickup to your dropoff using haversine geometry, multiplies by the rate card, and shows you a low-high range (because traffic + route variation). The actual fare locks in when a driver accepts.
