'Where to?' — booking a ride
Booking a ride — fares, verified drivers, cancellation, ratings.
Open the Scan tab. Make sure your persona is set to Rider (the default). Tap the 'Where to?' tile. A bottom sheet opens — enter your destination, GlueArrow shows the verified drivers nearby and gives you a fare estimate range based on the union's rate card. Tap 'Match a driver' to send the request.
