Booking a ride — fares, verified drivers, cancellation, ratings.
Every driver you can match with has been approved by their union — verified license + plate + identity. You'll see the green 'Verified' chip on the driver card, plus their rating, total trips, and trust score. GlueArrow will not match you with an unverified driver, even if one is closer.
