Rate your driver after the trip
Booking a ride — fares, verified drivers, cancellation, ratings.
When the driver marks the trip complete, your app shows a rating prompt — 1 to 5 stars. Your rating feeds the driver's profile and union performance reports. Skip the rating if you're not sure; don't pad it — the system relies on honest signal to keep verified drivers high-quality.
